Our liquors are made of brandies  we distillate from untreated fruits and organic amber rum.

Walnut wine (vin de noix) (15% vol.)
Walnut wine is a 15% vol. alcohol which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a digestif. Pleasant cool in summer, it is also very appreciable in winter by the fireplace. Made from untreated nuts harvested in our orchard (01640), organic amber rum, organic red wine and organic cane sugar, it has sweet and spicy notes.
Ingredients: Amber rum, red wine, green walnuts, sugar, vanilla.

Rince-gosier (15% vol.)
The rince-gosier is a 15% vol. alcohol which is a very good appetizer. It comes from the maceration of walnut leaves in red wine, brandy and sugar.
Ingrédients : Brandy, walnuts leaves, red wine, sugar.

Verbena liquor (Liqueur de verveine) (35 % vol.)
The liqueur of verbena is an alcohol with 35% vol. alcohol, very pleasant as a digestive but also as an aperitive to sharpen the appetite. It is recommended to place it in the freezer after opening, to better appreciate its refreshing virtues. Made from apple brandy distilled by us (based on untreated apples harvested in our orchards), the liquor of verbena is the result of a maceration of several months.
Ingredients : Apple brandy, verbena, sugar.

Love liquor (Liqueur d'amour) (35% vol.)
The love liquor is a 35% vol. alcohol. resulting from a maceration of oranges and coffee beans in apple brandy distilled by us from untreated apples harvested in our orchards. With notes of chocolate and spices, this liquor is very pleasant to drink as a digestive with a dessert.
Ingredients : Apple brandy, oranges, coffee beans, sugar. 

"Infused brandy" (Eau de vie arrangée) (35% vol.) Coconut & Ginger
The infused brandy Coconut & Ginger is a 35% vol. alcohol based on a maceration of coconut flesh, coconut water and ginger in apple brandy distilled by us from untreated apples harvested in our orchards. Amazing in its sweetness, this infused brandy combines balanced flavors of coconut and ginger to obtain an unusual beverage.
Ingredients: Apple brandy, coconut, ginger, sugar.

"Infused brandy" (Eau de vie arrangée) (35% vol.) Mangoes & Bananas
The infused brandy Mango & Banana is a 35% vol. alcohol resulting from a maceration of mangoes and bananas in apple brandy distilled by us from untreated apples harvested in our orchards. Very close to an "arranged rum", this drink has delicate tropical aromas, pleasant for an aperitive or a digestive.
Ingredients: Apple brandy, mangoes, bananas, sugar.

Pastis (45% vol.)
The pastis fas flavors of star anise, licorice and a refreshing citrus side brought by verbena and lemon balm.
