The eaux-de-vie are distilled using a "bain marie" still. The fruits, cereals and plants we distill are not treated. Our spirits are fine and do not burn the throat or taste buds!

Uisce Beatha (43% vol.)
Originally, whisky comes from the Irish word uisce-beatha which means "water of life". Thus, originally the whiskys were not often amber. During the First World War the British government, in order to reduce the consumption of alcohol, required distilleries a guard of whisky in barrels for two years and then for three years . As a result, traditionally, the whiskys were kept at least three years in the cask. This barley malt brandy is therefore what one might call a "white whisky". Produced from organic barley malt, partly peaty, it expresses fruity and smoky aromas. Less suave than most whiskys, it expresses a certain roundness thanks to the malt "Munich" used to make soft beers. Once the brain has been surprised to combine the aromas of whisky with a white alcohol, you can fully enjoy its peaty and languid taste.

Beer brandy  (42 % vol.)
The beer brandy is madeof our beer that we distill. This cereal brandy is soft in the mouth, fine and surprising. Whisky lovers will appreciate the influence of hops on cereal brandy.

Apple & bananas brandy (42% vol.)
This brandy is made by separately fermenting bananas on one side, apples from another. Then the two musts are distilled together. The majority of apple will give a base of very fruity taste, the frank notes of bananas appear in the nose and in final in the mouth. Original, this brandy will surprise by its exotic touch.
