Handcraft spirits, beers, liquors, schnapps, syrups...

Brewery - distillery: behind these words, the same elements: fermentation, maceration, brewing, heating and time.

I try to make simple and sometimes surprising drinks by selecting plants and fruits that we would eat. Not any leftovers to ferment in the barrel not to spoil them but good fruits. I'm not producing large amounts, but I use patience to make living drinks.

My objective is to be able as much as possible to produce  the fruits and plants I transform.

I can also distill your musts and give you advice for their fermentation.

Finally, I seek step but step to know the origins and virtues of drinks based on fruits and plants. It has been so clubbed that alcohol is bad for health without moderation that one forgets the therapeutic virtues of certain drinks, digestives, tonics, soothing. This botanical knowledge about plants and their benefits in different forms (infusion, hydrolat, macerate, etc.) has been lost, is lost. In a world full of disastrous disorienting signals, what joy to feel the roundness of the fondamuntal elements: fire, air, water, earth. And the plants and trees that bathe in these elements are clear.
